3. Academic Integrity

Our services are intended to be used as reference material and study guides. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with your institution's academic integrity policies. ThesisArcPro is not responsible for any academic consequences resulting from misuse of our services.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate order information
Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payment Terms

Orders under $30 require full payment upfront
Orders $30 and above require a 50% deposit, with the remainder due on delivery
Payments are processed via PayPal
Prices are quoted in USD

6. Revisions Policy

We offer free unlimited revisions within the original scope of work
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Revisions that change the original requirements may incur additional charges

7. Refund Policy

Full refund if we fail to deliver within the agreed deadline
Partial refund if delivered work does not meet agreed requirements after revisions
No refund if work has been downloaded and submitted
Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and order details with strict confidentiality. We do not share your personal information or order content with any third parties except as required to fulfill your order.

9. Limitation of Liability

ThesisArcPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
