Matching typically takes 30 minutes or less.

• ✅ Free unlimited revisions within the original scope
• ✅ Revision requests accepted within 7 days of delivery
• ⚠️ Changes to original requirements may incur additional charges
• ⚠️ New topics or significantly expanded scope are treated as new orders

• ✅ Full refund — if we fail to deliver by your deadline
• ✅ Full refund — if no writer is found for your order
• ⚠️ Partial refund — if delivered work does not meet requirements after revisions
• ❌ No refund — if work has been downloaded and submitted
• ❌ No refund — for change of mind after work has begun

All refund disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

6. Late Payments

For orders with a 50% deposit structure:

• Completed work will be held until remaining balance is paid
• We reserve the right to cancel orders with unpaid balances after 48 hours
